Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs) are short-term international study opportunities that combine online learning with in-person mobility.

These programs allow students and staff to collaborate across institutions, experience different academic environments, and gain new skills in a flexible format.

📌 Intercultural Awareness and Communication in Workplace (3rd Edition)

Organizing university: Sivas Cumhuriyet University 

Program’s highlights: The “Intercultural Awareness and Communication at the Workplace” training programme aims to equip students participating in international mobility with the skills needed to navigate cultural diversity effectively. Participants will develop intercultural competence, learn strategies for clear and respectful communication in multicultural academic and professional environments, and gain practical tools to foster inclusivity, collaboration, and mutual understanding during their mobility experience and future careers.

📌 Digital You: Building Employability and Personal Branding in the AI Era 

Organizing university: Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences 

Program’s highlights: Join us for an intensive, practice-oriented international program designed to help students build a strong digital identity and develop effective self-promotion skills to stand out in today’s digital job market. Through a mix of lectures, workshops, and international teamwork, participants learn how to create ATS-friendly CVs, optimize LinkedIn and social media profiles, and design personal digital portfolios. The program also encourages intercultural cooperation and authenticity in online self-presentation.

📌 Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Scandinavian context

Organizing university: International Business Academy – Denmark 

Program’s highlights: This course is a blend of theoretical knowledge, practical application and cultural engagement. It introduces students to innovation in Scandinavia and highlights the unique cultural, social and economic factors that contribute to the region’s success in fostering innovative startups. Students will explore the key elements that make Scandinavian countries, particularly Denmark, a hotbed for entrepreneurial activities, including robust government policies, an emphasis on sustainability, and a collaborative business culture.

📌 GRAILS – Global Responsible Artificial Intelligence League for Students 

Organizing university: International Business Academy – Denmark 

Program’s highlights: The Global Responsible AI League for Students (GRAILS) is an annual competition that invites students and enthusiasts from around the world to develop artificial intelligence (AI) solutions with a focus on the sustainable development Goals (SDG’S). GRAILS seeks to inspire innovation in the field of AI, celebrate diverse approaches to responsible usage and give students an unique experience in global collaboration.

Organizing university: Kempten University of Applied Sciences, Germany 

Program’s highlights: Design thinking is used to generate idea(s) to address / tackle assignments commissioned by case companies (existing businesses) for strategic development in their operations or to aid them to go international.

Organizing university: Varna University of Management 

Program’s highlights: The BIP is designed to enable students to recognize and address various dimensions of culture-bound differences when working in multicultural environments. Finally, the BIP will raise awareness of inclusion and diversity importance and their benefits in business and in the workplace.

📌 Unlocking the Real Value of AI and Big Data Analytics in Business

Program’s highlights: This course targets students at all levels of higher education in the field of Social Sciences or Computer Sciences eager to develop their expertise in handling, analyzing, and applying AI and data-driven strategies in diverse professional fields.

The BIP will teach participants to articulate and position what is remarkable about one’s self given the current marketplace realities.

📌 Inclusive Leadership: Driving Change through People and Purpose

Organizing university: Varna University of Management 

Program’s highlights: The BIP aims to introduce students to the theme of leadership within the context of change management. It is designed to develop an understanding within the students of the theoretical and practical aspects of leadership in organizations and assess the knowledge and skills needed to be able to examine their own leadership styles and competences and those of others.

📌 Delightful Istanbul 2026 Summer School 

Organizing university: Istanbul Aydin University 

Program’s highlights: The biggest of all with at least 10 course choices, students coming from 40 different countries, chance to unfold 80% of the top attractions in Istanbul, a perfect summer holiday while learning and earning credits is surely the Delightful Istanbul Summer School.

Erasmus+ Funding

The participation in the programs qualifies for financing through the Erasmus+ Blended Short Term Mobility action.

Selected students will receive the specific Erasmus+ grant for the chosen programme.


Eligibility

Bachelor and Master full-time students are eligible to participate, but some programmes have specific eligibility conditions.
