The Student Card and the Transportation Card are issued by the Secretary of the School where you study, after the beginning of the first year of studies (bachelor / master) and are endorsed (stamped) at the beginning of each new academic year. The Tuition Fee for each academic year is to be paid online, at the deadlines set in the study contract.

Payment can be made: either (1) through the RAU student account on the platform http://paginamea.rau.ro (Fees section), or (2) directly from your online banking application, in the IBAN account of the School where you study. Likewise, other fees can be paid for the provided services (Failed Assessment, Failed Reassessment, etc.).
In no more than a few days, the amount paid will be transferred to the School’s IBAN account, depending on the relationships established between your bank and our bank. You can check the fact that you no longer have outstanding amounts in the RAU student account on the platform http://paginamea.rau.ro.
If more than one week of the payment date passed and they still appear on the online platform, you can request information about your payments’ status, via email HERE.
From the moment you took and passed the Bachelor’s / Master’s Final Exam, it takes at least 9 months to obtain it, during which time the information related to your academic situation reaches the Ministry of Education in Romania to be verified, the Approval in order to create and issue the diploma is obtained, and the Diploma is actually created.
Until the diploma is available to be issued, you can obtain a Certificate that takes the place of the diploma from the School’s Secretary. This certificate is issued in original only one time, personally to the graduate. The Bachelor’s / Master’s Diploma is issued together with the Bachelor’s / Master’s Diploma Supplement by the Registry Office, personally to the graduate, free of charge, if no more than 4 years passed from the date that the Bachelor’s / Master’s Final Exam was passed.
