Erasmus+ is the EU’s programme to support education, training, youth, and sport in Europe. With a budget of €14.7 billion for 2014-2020, it provides opportunities for over 4 million participants to study, train, gain experience, and volunteer abroad. It also offers €1.68 billion for activities with partner countries.
In addition to providing opportunities for students, Erasmus+ also supports teaching and research activities, networking, international cooperation, policy reform, and much more.
The Erasmus+ Program is an essential tool in RAU strategy and a core element which ensures that the objectives in the internationalisation strategy are successfully achieved. For RAU, internationalisation is considered a strategic driver for institutional development and modernization.
Through the Erasmus+ Programme, the students, academic and administrative staff of the Romanian-American University, as well as students and staff of partner Universities, can benefit from international mobility experiences, with the possibility of financial support!
