Romanian-American University present at the EAIE 2025 Annual Conference and Exhibition
Between September 9–12, 2025, the Romanian-American University is taking part, with a delegation led by Rector Costel Negricea, in the 35th edition of the EAIE (European Association for International Education) Annual Conference and Exhibition, the most important European event dedicated to the internationalization of higher education, hosted this year in Gothenburg, Sweden. The Romanian-American University team was present at the national booth “Study in Romania,” organized by the National Council of Rectors.
A meeting point for global education
EAIE brings together, year after year, universities and higher education institutions from all around the world. It is the place where the future of education is discussed, academic partnerships are built, and new paths of collaboration are opened. In 2025, the conference program explores the potential of digital technologies, sustainable practices, and innovative solutions through which the international academic community can be supported in addressing today’s challenges.

A new international partnership
During EAIE 2025, the Romanian-American University signed an academic partnership with Galala University in Egypt, thereby creating new development opportunities for the students and faculty of both universities. The agreement focuses on short-term academic projects, bilateral exchanges for students and faculty, as well as courses taught by professors from both institutions – designed to enhance the educational process and to build lasting bridges between academic communities.

By participating in major international events and through concrete initiatives for international collaboration, the Romanian-American University continues its mission to be a reliable partner for the academic and professional environment worldwide.
