Free Market Road Show – Bucharest Edition @ Romanian-American University
The Romanian-American University is proud to host the Bucharest edition of the internationally renowned ”Free Market Road Show”, in collaboration with the Austrian Economics Center and local partners. The event brings together international economists and Romanian experts for a high-level discussion on the future of free markets, focusing on two key pillars of long-term development: entrepreneurship and fiscal policy.
In 2025, the ”Free Market Road Show” marks an important milestone in the history of ideas: the 50th anniversary of the awarding of the Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences to Friedrich A. Hayek. At a crossroads defined by the growing influence of artificial intelligence and economic and political uncertainties, Hayek’s warnings about the limits of human knowledge are more relevant than ever.
