Romanian-Korean Study Center (CSRK)

Romanian-Korean Study Center (CSRK) is the newest branch of the Department of Asian Studies in Romanian-American University. The general objectives of this center are strengthening the economic relations between Romania and the Republic of Korea (South Korea) and promoting the Korean culture by means of certain projects carried out by the professionals and by promoters of this culture.

For this purpose, the center offers Korean language courses taught by a native professor, Ms. Ha Young Sun. There are also Korean culture related workshops (traditional dance, Korean cuisine), but also conferences regarding economic and social topics. In the future, the center wants to carry out many events including the economic environment, the traditional culture, the Hallyu Wave. It also wants to establish long-term relations with various Korean companies and universities.

Courses

Romanian-Korean Studies Center organizes Korean language courses for the following levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

The course duration is all throughout one academic year and is taught by Professor Han Choong Hee.

The course fee is 150 €/year.
