He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Bucharest, completed the Master’s program in Administration and Executive Power, and holds a PhD in Management;

A professional with an extensive career in Romania’s education system, he has held positions across all hierarchical levels in education and public administration: teacher, high school principal, General School Inspector in pre-university education, academic and management positions in higher education, as well as adviser, head of service, director, Director General, and Secretary General within the Ministry of Education (ME);

He currently heads the Public Policy Unit of the Ministry of Education, which coordinates the strategic planning process in the field of education, prepares national and international reports, monitors and evaluates public policies, and provides technical support to the ministry’s leadership for evidence-based decision-making.

Founding member of the Association of Senior Civil Servants;

Expert within the Control Body of the Ministry of Education;
