Over 30 years of experience in psychology, holding professional practice certificates in several specialties, as well as a trainer qualification accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists;

Over 17 years of teaching experience in higher education, in the field of psychology;

International consultant for international organizations, including the United Nations, the International Organization for Migration, etc.;

Relevant experience in coordinating and implementing projects funded through European funds;

Author/co-author of specialized articles, book chapters, and contributions to professional guidelines, with predominantly applied scientific work focused on highly demanding areas of activity;

Organizer of scientific events in the field of psychology, with national and international participation.

President of the Occupational Health Psychology Association;

Secretary General of the Romanian Association of Applied Psychology in the Field of National Security;

Member of the governing bodies of the Romanian College of Psychologists (Commission for Psychology in Defense, Public Order and National Security);
