Undelucram.ro and the Romanian-American University invite young people to Campus2Work – The Festival of Futures, a career festival that offers a fresh alternative to traditional job fairs.
Designed for students and young professionals at the beginning of their careers, Campus2Work brings together Generation Z and company representatives in an interactive setting dedicated to exploring professional opportunities and discovering suitable career paths.
More than just an opportunity to meet potential employers, the event gives participants the chance to better understand their own skills, explore industries and professional roles, and take their first steps into the job market.
“One of the challenges we see among young people entering the job market is that they have to make important career decisions very early on, sometimes before gaining sufficient exposure to the professional world. We want to provide them with an environment where they can learn more about their own profiles, explore the opportunities available in the job market, and speak directly with company representatives before deciding where and for which roles they want to apply,” says Costin Tudor, CEO of Undelucram.ro.

The program features 19 workshops and 10 presentation sessions, while participants will have the opportunity to interact with representatives from more than 25 business partners.
Topics covered include preparing for recruitment, understanding how employers evaluate candidates, developing communication and collaboration skills, and using artificial intelligence for career guidance.
Future Profile
Ahead of the event, participants can create their own “Future Profile” based on information about their education, skills, experience, and professional interests. This tool helps them identify career paths that align with their strengths.
Students can also upload their CVs and, if they wish, make them available to partner companies for potential career opportunities.
Campus2Work Guide
The event will also mark the launch of the Campus2Work Guide by Undelucram.ro, a career guide designed for students, featuring resources on CV writing, job interviews, entry-level positions, internships, industries, and salary benchmarks.
The guide is designed as a practical resource for young people at the beginning of their careers, helping them gain greater clarity before taking their first professional steps.
