Bachelor’s Degree Exam – Information

BACHELOR DEGREE EXAM – JULY 2024 Session

  • Online: June 24th – July 08th 2024
  • Campus: June 24th – July 08th 2024 – only in exceptional situations by appointment (through emailing your graduation school)

Examination fee*: 250 Euro

Documents required for the bachelor examination degree:

(students must upload these documents in their personal account on the paginamea.rau.ro platform)

  • standard application form – generated by the platform and validated by the student;
  • statement on the originality of the bachelor project – generated by the platform and validated by the student;
  • the bachelor project – uploaded by the student on the platform and must be comprised into 1 single file, maximum size of 50MB (cover page, first page, table of contents, paper, bibliography, annexes). We recommend the use of pdf type files;
  • 1 color photo of 3×4 cm – uploaded by the student on the platform;
  • birth certificate – the school’s secretary will check the student’s personal folder and upload it on the platform;
  • marriage certificate (if applicable) – the school’s secretary will check the student’s personal folder and upload it on the platform;
  • baccalaureate diploma or equivalent – the school’s secretary will check the student’s personal folder and upload it on the platform;

After uploading the necessary documents by the student, in 72 hours they will be validated by the school secretary and the scientific coordinator. The coordinator will be able to validate the bachelor project (blocked in the paginamea.rau.ro platform) and will upload:

  • anti-plagiarism report;
  • scientific coordinator’s report – standard form.

*Note: The payment of the examination fee will be available to the candidate only after the validation of the bachelor project, by the scientific coordinator, in the paginamea.rau.ro platform.

Registration for the bachelor’s degree examination is possible only for the students declared graduates, according to the legal provisions in force,
