Notice Regarding the Authenticity of Official Communications Issued by the Romanian-American University
The Romanian-American University hereby informs students, applicants, alumni, institutional partners, and the general public that all official communications issued by the University are transmitted exclusively through institutional e-mail addresses using the @rau.ro domain.
The Romanian-American University does not use e-mail addresses associated with public or commercial domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, hotmail.com) or any other domains that do not belong to the institution for its official communications.
Accordingly, any message sent on behalf of the Romanian-American University from an e-mail address that does not use the @rau.ro domain does not constitute an official communication of the institution and does not in any way represent or bind the University.
The list of the University’s official contact e-mail addresses is available on the institution’s „Contact” page. The authenticity of communications may be verified using the institutional contact details published there or by telephone at +4 031 405 8728.
Persons receiving such messages are advised to exercise caution and verify the authenticity of the communication through the University’s official channels before submitting personal information, documents, or taking any action based on their content.
The University reserves the right to undertake any legal measures deemed necessary in cases involving the unauthorized use of its name, identity, or institutional image.
