Bachelor’s Programs:

Psychology* – A scientific approach to human behavior, with applications in mental health, education, organizations, and research – Study Guide.

The Psychology undergraduate program offers courses and seminars aimed at developing competencies in both general and specific areas of scientific research such as:

Study of human behavior;
Mental processes;
Psychosocial phenomena;
Psychotherapy;
Transactional analysis;
Creativity and the psychology of creativity;
Personality psychology;
Developmental psychology;
Family psychology;

Experimental study of various mental abilities;
Conducting psychological testing and assessments in different labor market sectors;

Career Perspectives

After completing the 3-year undergraduate program in Psychology, graduates will acquire the following competencies:

Professional competencies:

Mastery of fundamental psychological concepts;
Designing and conducting psychological research;
Interpersonal communication specific to the field of psychology;
Critical evaluation of problematic situations and possible solutions in psychology;
Psychological assessment of individuals, groups, and organizations;
Designing and implementing psychological interventions.

Transversal competencies:

Performing professional tasks in accordance with the ethical principles of the profession;
Applying effective teamwork techniques in multidisciplinary contexts at various hierarchical levels;
Self-assessing the need for continuous training to adapt professional skills to social dynamics.

The curriculum (2025–2028) has been designed to provide graduates with a professional status aligned with the social and training needs of the labor market, in accordance with the National Qualifications Framework.

Our graduates are prepared to pursue careers as:

Psychologist specializing in psychological counseling;
Psychologist specializing in psychotherapy;
Psychologist specializing in human resources and organizational psychology;
Psychologist specializing in applied psychology in services;
Psychologist specializing in educational psychology, school, and vocational counseling.

! Important – Study programs that do not reach the minimum required number of enrolled students to form an optimal study group will not be organized in the current academic year. Enrolled students may choose another specialization within the university or request withdrawal and a full refund of the fees paid.
